The Club at WindRiver is the community’s private club: the golf course, marina, clubhouse, Wellness & Recovery Center, courts, pool, and trails. Membership works like this.
Property Owner Memberships
Every property owner is a member of the Club. Social & Yacht membership comes with ownership; golf membership is available by application.
Social & Yacht Membership
Clubhouse and dining, the marina, the pool and courts, the Wellness & Recovery Center, the trails, and the member calendar.
Championship Golf Membership
Everything in Social & Yacht, plus golf and the practice facilities.
Non-Property Owner
Coming soon. A limited number of National, Corporate, Tennessee Alumni, and Non-Property-Owner Golf and Social & Yacht memberships will be released to people who don’t own at WindRiver.
Current dues, initiation, and the Membership Plan come from the membership office and are reviewed with you on your Discovery Visit.
